In 1986, he co-founded Bansal Classes, a pioneering test-preparation institute, and served as its CEO, managing operations across India. Before transitioning into full-time involvement in formal education, he contributed extensively to the coaching industry, building a legacy of excellence in student success. An alumnus of Maulana Azad College of Technology, where he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1984, Pramod also gained valuable professional experience at JK Synthetics. Today, he continues to inspire educational excellence while serving as a promoter director in sectors such as education, real estate, and the food and investment sector.

Dr. Richa Bansal

Dr. Richa Bansal, an accomplished academic and leader, oversees academics and extracurricular activities at Bansal Group of Schools. With a doctorate in Political Science awarded in 1997, her scholarly work has included contributions to the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha and publications on political systems and analysis. As an NTSE scholar, she showcased her exceptional aptitude for Science and Mathematics despite her Arts and Humanities background. With over 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Richa previously played a pivotal role as a promoter and leading Mathematics faculty at Bansal Classes, mentoring numerous students aspiring for IITs. Her calm demeanor, sincerity, and balanced approach form the foundation of the policies and philosophy at Bansal Public Schools. Dr. Richa’s leadership continues to drive excellence in academics and student development, ensuring that the schools uphold their commitment to holistic education and lifelong learning.
Gaurav Bansal

As the Director of Bansal Group of Schools, including Bansal Public School, Kota, and Bansal Public School, Jaipur, Gaurav Bansal exemplifies dynamic leadership and a passion for innovation in education. His dedication to fostering excellence in teaching and learning is deeply influenced by the values ingrained in him by his family.
An accomplished academic, Gaurav completed courses in Managerial Accounting and Financial Control and Principles of Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2009. He graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani in 2012, cleared CFA Level 1 in 2013 from the CFA Institute (USA), and further enhanced his expertise in school leadership by completing an executive program on ‘Strategic Leadership in Schools in a Changing Environment’ from IIM Ahmedabad in 2015.
Before dedicating himself fully to Bansal Public Schools, he spearheaded strategic operations and expansion initiatives for Bansal Classes across India. With over five years of experience spanning education, real estate, and investments, Gaurav is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He actively invests in startups and serves as a promoter director in multiple industries, including education and real estate.
His commitment to nation-building extends to his leadership in the prestigious Young Indians Jaipur Chapter, the youth wing of the Confederation of Indian Industries, where he spearheaded impactful social and business initiatives, including leading a business delegation to the UAE in 2024.
